REPANOW spare parts supplier terms

1. Role. The supplier joins REPANOW as an independent company. REPANOW (BBS EDB Ltd) receives spare parts requests from its customers, forwards them anonymously to suppliers, collects quotations and sells the part to the customer in its own name. The supplier supplies the part to BBS EDB Ltd, not to the customer. Answering requests is free and optional.

2. Quotations: part price and shipping separately. Every quotation must state separately the price of the part (per piece, excluding shipping) and the shipping cost to the destination given by REPANOW, together with currency, condition of the part (new, refurbished or used) and delivery time. Prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices including shipping, or extra costs not stated in the quotation, are not accepted.

3. Shipping to the end customer. After the order is confirmed, the goods are shipped directly to the end customer following REPANOW’s instructions (address, packaging, carrier and documents). REPANOW must appear as the sender. The supplier’s name, logo, contact details, price lists or advertising must not appear in the parcel or on the shipping documents.

4. Invoice. The invoice to the customer is issued by BBS EDB Ltd and provided by REPANOW: the supplier uses only the documents provided by REPANOW and does not issue invoices, pro forma invoices or other sales documents to the customer. The supplier invoices the supply to BBS EDB Ltd according to the accepted quotation.

5. No contact with REPANOW customers. The supplier undertakes not to establish any contact, direct or indirect, with REPANOW customers it becomes aware of (for example through the shipping address) and not to offer them quotations or direct sales, including after the supply has been completed. All communication goes through REPANOW; if a customer contacts the supplier, the supplier refers them to REPANOW and informs REPANOW. A breach of this rule may result in removal from the platform and termination of the collaboration.

6. Acceptance. These terms are accepted in the supplier area before sending the first quotation; REPANOW records the version, date and time of acceptance. A new version requires a new acceptance. Contact: help@repanow.com.
