Nothing. Registration is free. Service is paid with prepaid hour packages, which you choose in your account.

Choose a package (Start, Pro or Premium), sign the agreement online and pay by card or bank transfer. Hours activate on payment and are deducted for each job. You can buy several packages: hours add up, each keeping its own price and expiry. Prices and validity are shown on the package page and in the agreement.

Register the machine in your area, open a request describing the problem and choose a technician among those available for your machine and area.

By zone, based on the distance between the technician’s base and your site. Zone travel hours already include the round trip and are shown before you confirm.

A technical report with diagnosis, work performed, parts and hours. You approve it in your area and can download it as a PDF any time. Each report is automatically added to the machine logbook, a PDF with a cover page and every job in date order, always downloadable and available to the technician before the job.

Yes. Before approval we check the company registration and business details; the technician accepts the Technician terms and declares liability insurance cover.

The network covers the main brands and types of printing, packaging, converting and finishing equipment. REPANOW is independent and not affiliated with manufacturers.

Nothing: registration, profile and receiving requests are free, with no subscription.

About a minute: name, email, mobile, city and password. Expertise, area, rate and company registration can be completed later in your area, in stages.

Equipment categories and brands you service, service area, hourly rate, company registration (or equivalent for non-Italian companies) and acceptance of the Technician terms.

No. You receive matching requests and decide whether to offer your availability.

Once the customer approves the technical report, you upload your invoice addressed to BBS EDB Ltd in your area with your bank details. The bank details are checked against those saved in your profile to prevent fraud.

You introduce REPANOW to companies, register them with their consent and propose an hour package. You earn a commission on paid packages, renewals included.

It accrues once the customer’s payment is confirmed and is paid on the 10th of the following month, after you upload your invoice.

By card through Stripe, securely, or by bank transfer to BBS EDB Ltd.
