1. Service and order. BBS EDB Ltd coordinates technical assistance through REPANOW. The purchased package provides the hours, price, currency and validity shown in the order record. Plan prices are calculated as hours × the package hourly price, taxes excluded. The rate is shown in the customer area and recorded in the order; subsequent changes do not alter accepted orders. Hours become usable only after receipt of payment is confirmed. Price and taxes must be stated before activation; a plan cannot be purchased without a confirmed price. Payment does not guarantee a repair, immediate availability or a fixed response time: expertise, equipment access, spare parts and scheduling must be checked.

2. Quote and selection. The technician proposes estimated hours. The customer sees the REPANOW hourly price and the travel-hour rules before selecting. The technician’s internal rate is not a customer price. To open a request, the customer must have an active plan with a positive hour balance. Without a plan or available hours, they are directed to “Your plan” to activate or top up. Customer and technician registration is free; technicians do not pay to receive requests. The package covers working hours and flat travel hours per zone (mileage included), with the Saturday, Sunday and holiday multipliers stated in the agreement and customer area; meals, accommodation, parts and other expenses are separate unless expressly included.

3. Time, travel and additional costs. The technician records the start, pauses and end of work sessions and prepares a report. The customer may review and dispute time records and the report. Working hours, flat travel hours by distance zone, Saturday/Sunday/holiday surcharges and the meals-and-lodging per diem for nights away are deducted from the package as set out in the signed agreement. If the estimate is exceeded, the technician must obtain the customer’s approval before additional work, except urgent safety measures.

4. Safety and cooperation. The customer supplies accurate information, authorised access and safe working conditions, a contact person and, where needed, backups and permissions. The technician may suspend unsafe work with an explanation. Parts, consumables, modifications, training and work outside the quote require a separate agreement. No exclusion applies to damage caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

5. Validity, cancellations and availability. Package validity starts when hours are credited and is stated in the order and customer area. There is no automatic renewal. The treatment of remaining hours at expiry and refund or extension terms must be specified in the order before activation. An extension may be requested before expiry; if REPANOW cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to it, the affected unused hours are extended or refunded. Cancelled appointments may incur only previously agreed, actually incurred and documentable costs. Submitting a request alone does not incur a charge.

6. Roles, liability and complaints. REPANOW, operated by BBS EDB Ltd, selects, vets and coordinates independent specialised technicians and handles orders, hours, payments and support. The job is carried out by the technician with full technical autonomy and under their professional responsibility, with insurance cover for damage to persons and property. The customer may approve the report or raise an issue in the job area or at help@repanow.com: REPANOW handles it with priority, reviews it with customer and technician and, where the issue is caused by the job, obtains a new visit from the technician at no extra hours for the customer. The technician is paid for the job only after the customer approves the report or the issue is closed; REPANOW has recourse against the technician for amounts owed to the customer because of the job. Mandatory rights and liability for injury, intent or gross negligence are not affected. An unrepairable fault does not remove payment for diligent, authorised and documented work.

7. Order, documents and payments. Acceptance of these terms and the order record is recorded with version, date, account and price. A copy remains accessible in the customer area. Customer invoices are issued exclusively by REPANOW / BBS EDB Ltd and are available in Payments and hours are credited after verified receipt of funds. In your account, open “Your plan” and select “Top up”. Pay online or request a bank-transfer top-up: you’ll receive instructions within 24 hours. Submitting a request does not credit hours or constitute payment. Online cards and bank transfers follow the payment service instructions. Taxes and charges must appear on the invoice before payment. Email communications supplement the personal area; contact support if they are not received.

8. Law and mandatory rights. Bulgarian law applies, subject to mandatory customer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules. Consumers, where admitted to the service, retain statutory withdrawal rights: early performance requires an express request and the right is lost only upon full performance where provided by law. Proportionate payment may apply to work already performed on request. Complaints: help@repanow.com. No clause imposes an exclusive consumer forum contrary to law.
